1: Combine cream cheese, 2 tbsp (30mL) hot pepper relish and brine. Brush pineapple slice with 1 tbsp (15mL) hot pepper relish and grill or broil until golden. Spread brioche bun with hot pepper cream cheese mixture. Top with hot pepper rings, burger, cheese, pineapple slice, hot pepper rings, hot’ n spicy sandwich savers, red onion and remaining hot pepper relish. Top with bun. Serve immediately.
